As Managing Director of The Marketing Co.’s Nonprofit Division, she leads initiatives that empower nonprofits through strategic marketing, public relations, and development efforts designed to connect purpose with measurable results.

With over a decade of experience working alongside local and national nonprofits, Ashley has successfully led campaigns in public relations, donor engagement, and fundraising development. She has helped organizations plan and execute impactful fundraising events that strengthen donor relationships, raise awareness, and generate crucial support.

Throughout her career, Ashley has collaborated with community leaders, nonprofit organizations, and donors to build initiatives that make a lasting impact. She has also developed “give-back” programs supporting local families, first responders, and veterans—connecting essential resources with those who need them most.

Under Ashley’s leadership, The Marketing Co. Nonprofit Division helps nonprofits fill operational and strategic gaps by offering free and low-cost education, communications, and marketing services that many organizations cannot otherwise afford. Her team builds affordable, scalable digital strategies to help nonprofits strengthen their social and web presence, engage donors and volunteers, and grow sustainably.

With over five years of experience in event coordination, Bethany Walker brings creativity, precision, and a strong organizational focus to every project she manages. Specializing in trade shows and weddings, she is passionate about transforming ideas into memorable experiences while ensuring every detail aligns with her clients’ vision.

In addition to her event expertise, Bethany also serves as the Marketing and Sales Director at a successful RV dealership, where she has played a key role in growing the business and exceeding sales goals year after year. Her combined background in events, marketing, and client relations gives her a unique perspective on creating impactful, results-driven experiences.
